five/6 Hotel Splendour

This project involved addition and alteration to a building and also we are providing the owner with marketing and branding aspect. Owner request to have multi colors, multi theme rooms, and so we have to ensure how to make “different” into contrast and compliment.

In this project, we have to incorporate specific requirements due to certain belief with the concept, Our concept and works also need to work around certain constraint pose by existing structure that cannot be removed.

Total 72 rooms and 12 different room types and designs, which we categorized them into different theme, such as, Blue room, Oriental room, Suburb room, SOHO room & Colonial room.

Our graphic team came up with brand story, logo specifications, marketing outline for 6 months and amenities design.
